As a Solution Architect within the SAP team, you are the link between the business and IT. You design complex SAP architecture and software solutions that enable companies to grow toward the next generation of SAP technologies such as S/4, EWM/TM, Ariba, and BTP. In doing so, you will also make use of the latest SAP AI-related solutions. You lead the creation of the implementation plan and the determination of the strategy behind the entire project. You bring in-depth process knowledge and can translate and configure this within the relevant SAP solution. In this role, you take operational demand into account and ensure that  technical complexity remains limited. This includes supporting customers in their choice between, for example, SAP RISE or SAP GROW, determining the right software components, and how these will interact to achieve the desired result.

This role requires the skills to adapt to the unique needs of different sectors (e.g., FMCG, Retail, Utilities, and Manufacturing) and the specific needs of the organizations within these sectors. You possess not only technological expertise but also a profound understanding of the customer's needs and objectives. As a true strategist, you are able to deploy your knowledge to deliver customized, impactful solutions and translate the customer's business strategy into a technological roadmap.

• A completed bachelor's / master's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience as a technology consultant in the field of SAP implementations (S/4, EWM/TM, Ariba, BTP, RPA, and the latest AI applications).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
• Experience with building, designing, and implementing SAP systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and to build and maintain a large business network of strategic relationships.
• Excellent command of soft skills in the areas of teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, time management, and solution-orientedness.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Gross monthly salary between €4000,- and €5700,-  depending on your work experience, holiday allowance, car (allowance), profit sharing, fixed expense allowance, and a home office allowance.
