Senior Consultant Finance Transformation & Performance – Public Sector

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.

You will work on diverse issues within the CFO domain. Think, for example, of improving financial steering, optimizing planning and control processes, developing management information, and supporting transformation and improvement trajectories. Additionally, you will help organizations with issues surrounding digitalization, automation, and supporting services.

• Performing analyses to identify opportunities for improvement within the finance function.
• Preparing and facilitating interviews, workshops, and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Translating findings into clear recommendations, reports, and presentations.
• Supporting transformation and improvement trajectories within the public sector.
• Improving financial steering, planning and control processes, and management information.
• Contributing to project and program management within complex change trajectories.
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues from various disciplines to realize sustainable improvements.
• Guiding and coaching more junior colleagues within projects.
• Exploring how technology, automation, and AI can contribute to a more effective finance function and service delivery.
