• A gross internship allowance of € 750 per month.

As a Front Office Intern, you are central to the guest experience. As one of the first points of contact, you make a sincere connection with our guests and gain practical experience within an international hotel environment. During your internship:

• You welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, so that they feel at home from the very first moment.
• After your induction period, you will independently handle check-ins and check-outs.
• You manage reservations, answer questions and requests from guests, and support the daily Front Office administration.
• You share your personal recommendations and local tips with international travelers.
• You develop valuable skills in the areas of upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery.
• You collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• You contribute to an atmosphere in which every guest feels sincerely welcome and cared for.

• You are enrolled at an educational institution throughout the entire internship period.
• You have a sincere passion for hospitality and guest-oriented service.
• You are positive, approachable, and enjoy working in a team. You feel confident in contact with international guests from various backgrounds.
• You have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are flexible, have an eye for detail, and are eager to learn.
• You are committed to creating a special and unforgettable experience for every guest.
