In short

KLM Cityhopper is looking for team players who know how to get things done; we are recruiting new colleagues for 2027. As a Cabin Attendant, you are not a standard host or hostess: you stand firm in your shoes, keep a cool head under pressure, and have a sharp eye for both safety and service. You will work rotating shifts, often working early or late, and will sometimes be away from home for days. This is not a 9-to-5 office job, but a role that requires energy and flexibility.

What will you do?

Every day is different at KLM Cityhopper. You fly to diverse European destinations and work together with a professional team of cabin and cockpit colleagues. You ensure that passengers travel from A to B comfortably and safely. You work a rotating roster, make long days, and are away from home for several nights each week. Flexibility is a must, and you are someone who actually gains energy from it. Together, we put our shoulders to the wheel every day for the best customer experience on board.

Where will you land?

At KLM Cityhopper, you don't just step literally on board, but you also work on your own future. You will receive plenty of opportunities to grow, for example through training or a secondary role alongside flying. Ambition? Within a year, you could already progress to a leadership role. You work hard, make long days, and are often on the road, but that is part of the profession. Naturally, we offer you good employment conditions, an excellent salary, and significant discounts on tickets once you have worked with us for six months. More info can be found on our careersite.
