Within this unique E&M division, work is performed on aircraft engines for KLM/Air France and on engines for KLM E&M customers.
Maintenance of aircraft engines involves administration; you will be part of the team that performs the administrative work preparation.

As an Expert Engine Data Administrator Level 1, you will ensure the work preparation for the activities to be carried out by Engine Services on engines, modules, and parts.

Your duties include

• Assessing the planning;
• Assessing technical documentation provided by the customer for the purpose of maintenance/shop visit;
• Loading (customer) data into the KLM Engine Services systems;
• Assessing the administration upon the purchase of second-hand parts;
• Ensuring that all documentation complies with legislation, as well as industrial requirements;
• Ensuring that during the maintenance process, data is updated based on the work performed;
• Preparing/delivering various status sheets and documentation to the customer after maintenance/shop visit;
• Phase-in process for KLM engines, loading data into KLM Engine Services systems. This starts the buildup of the maintenance history of the new engine.
• Being able to prepare a BTB (back to birth) history of an LLP (life limit part).
• Having knowledge of the LRU (line replacement units) process.

• You will work in a unique high-tech business unit of E&M Engineering and Maintenance;

• Your desk is located in a modern office environment with a view of the area where the engines are maintained;

Furthermore, you have:

• An MBO/HBO working and thinking level;

• Good team spirit;

• Experience with SAP is a plus;

• Experience with MS Office

• A good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing, as well as technical English;

• Knowledge of aviation legislation is a plus;

• Attention to quality;

• Knowledge of aircraft engines or the willingness to follow a course for this.
