Are you a curious and energetic student with an interest in the world of private banking? Do you want to contribute to the growth of ABN AMRO? Then start as an intern and support this team in resolving data quality issues.

An internship in which you don't just observe, but truly participate.

During this internship, you will be part of the team from the very beginning. You will start your workday with a joint meeting in which we discuss the tasks and priorities for that day.

Afterwards, you will work together with colleagues on data quality issues within our credit administration system ACBS. You will receive guidance from an experienced colleague. This way, you will learn more about the system, the underlying processes, and how to analyze and solve problems, step by step.

But it doesn't stop there. We challenge you to look critically at our way of working. What do you notice? What can be improved? And which processes do you think could be smarter or more efficient? Your fresh perspective and ideas are more than welcome.

Furthermore, you will get plenty of room to work independently. We work in the office one day per week and from home four days a week. This allows you to combine guidance and contact with the team with the freedom to work independently.

You are careful, eager to learn, independent, and able to work hard. Then we are looking for you!

• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language;

• You possess an MBO or HBO level of thinking and education;

• You are looking for an internship immediately;

• You are available at least 4 days per week.

We offer you a great internship, both in the office and digitally. We have developed an onboarding program so that you, as a new intern, quickly feel like part of the team. There is plenty of room to learn and grow; in both environments, you can gain a wealth of experience. Naturally, this is under excellent guidance from your internship supervisor and close colleagues.

During your internship, it is not only about gaining substantive knowledge and practical experience, but you also actively work on your professional development and expanding your network. CASt, the Club ABN AMRO Interns, organizes both substantive and social (online) events. Additionally, Go & See's are organized monthly to get to know different departments within ABN AMRO, so you can get to know the bank even better. You also get the opportunity to further develop your hard skills through the ABN AMRO Academy by means of challenging e-learnings. The internship allowance for an mbo, hbo, or wo internship is €750 per month (based on a 36-hour work week).
