Business & Transformation Young Talent Program

During this program, you start as a full employee at KPN. Naturally, great conditions go along with that. 

• A gross monthly salary of € 3900,- based on 40 hours

• Good pension conditions: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, of which KPN contributes 16% and you 7%

Within this dynamism, the Business & Transformation Young Talent Program offers you the chance to help build commercial developments and organization-wide innovation that have a direct impact on KPN and Dutch society.

The Young Talent Program is a three-year program in which you contribute to important strategic and organization-wide issues that influence KPN's course. During this program, you discover KPN from the inside and start in a role or assignment that aligns with your educational background and (potential) work experience. By rotating between different departments, you discover the versatility of our domains and truly get to know KPN from the inside and out.

A glimpse of possible duties that will be offered within the Business & Transformation track:

• Process optimization and transformation: you participate as a process or project manager and guide a topic from idea to execution, while researching how this process can be improved with new knowledge or techniques.
• Digitalization: with your knowledge of digital processes and the technology of the future, you help departments in standardizing and modernizing products and working methods.
• Commercial roles: you work on projects for the consumer or business market, product management, or large market introductions. In which you interface with people across many different departments and are good at bringing people and information together.

Development that makes you future-proof
In addition to substantive projects, you follow a personal development program. This program focuses on leadership, self-awareness, and collaboration. In the Business & Transformation track of the Young Talent Program, you receive guidance from a talent manager and a buddy. Additionally, you learn from professional trainers and become part of a close community of fellow trainees and KPN employees.

As a Business & Transformation Young Talent at KPN, you discover your qualities. During the application process, we look together at where your talent fits best within KPN. What we ask for:

• You have almost or just graduated from a WO master's in a field such as: Technical Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Data Science & Marketing Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Information Management, or Strategic Product Design.
• You are comfortable with change and are able to take colleagues along with you in this.
• You have an affinity with engineering and technology.
• You want to translate complex issues into functional business solutions and inspire teams to contribute to KPN's objectives.
• You have a strong interest in commerce, marketing, digitalization, data, or process optimization.
• You are eager to learn, ambitious, and ready to develop yourself both professionally and personally.
• You are result-oriented with an eye for collaboration.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently.
• The start date of this program is March 1, 2027
