HR- internship

• Following a HBO or WO degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, or a similar field of study, and available as of February 2027 for an internship of approximately 5 months (until the end of the 2026-2027 school year).
• Preferably reside in the Arnhem region and are willing to be present in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
• Have excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing and can also communicate easily in English.

• Hands-on mentality - You do not want to learn the recruitment profession only from theory, but especially by experiencing it yourself and actively participating in practice.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial - You see opportunities, take initiative, and do not wait around. You are a true doer who gets energy from organizing, coordinating, and advancing processes.
• Are curious, eager to learn, and actively seek contact when necessary.
• Enjoy working together, are open to feedback, and bring a positive dose of humor. You enjoy achieving results together and laughing together.
• Have a strong interest in the recruitment profession and want to discover how to successfully connect talent and organizations.

Language: Dutch is required. Additionally, a good command of the English language is desired.

What do we offer you?

• An internship allowance of 400,- euro gross per month based on 40 hours per week

• You will receive a laptop from TenneT during your internship period

• Learning the full recruitment and selection process - You will gain insight into the recruitment process from A to Z within TenneT's Offshore division.
• Supporting job interviews - You will be involved in interviews with candidates and learn how talent is selected for various roles.
• Collaborating with hiring managers - You will maintain contact with hiring managers regarding current vacancies and the progress of recruitment processes.
• Processing and managing recruitment data - You will ensure the correct registration and processing of candidate and vacancy data in our ATS systems.

Location: Residing in the Netherlands, preferably in the Arnhem region

• Hybrid working: we enjoy working together in the office, but working from home is also possible
