The role

Additional information

Do you work evenings and weekends without seeing anything in return for it?

With us, you do.

With us, you do. A weekend shift earns up to €37.89 per hour. And you decide for yourself whether you work it.

Additional information

In Rotterdam and the surrounding area, new shifts become available every week. You choose which ones you take and how many. No fixed schedule that you have to conform to. Choose today, work tomorrow.

Additional information

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

Additional information

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

What you will do

The activities take place within a specialized residential care environment for people with intensive care needs. Residents often have complex health problems that have increased over time, making living at home no longer possible. Person-centered care is central, and work is carried out based on the needs and possibilities of each client. You work in a dedicated team that commits itself daily to the well-being, safety, and quality of life of the residents.

You support clients with complex care needs in their daily lives. The activities are focused on comfort, safety, and quality of life and consist of, among other things:

  • Performing ADL activities and personal care
  • Working with lifting aids and other tools
  • Guiding clients in daily activities and social contacts
  • Providing structure, support, and a safe living environment
  • Identifying changes in the health or well-being of clients and acting adequately upon them
  • Administering medication, if authorized and competent
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other involved healthcare professionals
  • Contributing to a pleasant living and residential environment for the clients

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
  • Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
  • A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
  • Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
  • A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

Does this suit you?

  • You have at least a diploma at mbo-level 3 as a guide or Caregiver IG
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have an affinity with clients who have an intensive care and guidance need
  • You are patient, involved, and caring, and you feel comfortable in an environment where both guidance and personal care play an important role
  • Experience with ADL activities and working with lifting aids is essential
  • Experience with or authorization for medication administration is a plus
