• Salary between € 3,100 and € 4,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours) depending on knowledge and experience

• Onsite support for complex workplace, hardware, and software issues

• Installing, configuring, and managing workplaces (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)

• Management and lifecycle management of workplace equipment

• Support during onboarding, offboarding, and relocations

• Coordination with service desk, system administration, and external suppliers

• Identifying structural bottlenecks and initiating improvements

• Contributing to standardization, documentation, and work instructions

• Monitoring quality, continuity, and user experience

As a Workplace Administrator at VolkerWessels Infra IT, you are the face of our onsite IT service delivery. Our office is located in Vianen, where you will be present occasionally. You will primarily work at the locations of our operating companies in the provinces of Noord-Holland and Utrecht. The fixed base locations within your region are Diemen and Houten. Additionally, you will regularly be present at other locations and project sites within these provinces. Behind every working digital workplace, there is a colleague of ours who can continue because you make the difference. You are the one who ensures that thousands of colleagues can work without problems every day in a complex and continuously changing IT environment.

You switch between users, IT teams, and suppliers and deal with a diverse and modern workplace landscape. In this role, you combine technical knowledge with a strong sense of service and collaboration. You have an eye for how the digital workplace aligns with the daily practice of our infra companies and contribute to further professionalizing and standardizing workplace services within VolkerWessels Infrastructure.

• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of ICT

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in workplace management or onsite IT support

• Residing in the region between Noord-Holland and Utrecht, due to deployment at various locations within your work area.

• Sound knowledge of Windows workplaces and Microsoft 365

• Experience with modern workplaces (e.g., Intune, Azure AD/ Entra ID) is a strong advantage;

• Strong communication skills in Dutch;

• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude;

• You can work both individually and in a team, and where necessary, you support direct colleagues with questions;

• Able to work independently and set priorities;

• Affinity with process improvement and quality monitoring.
