SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Teamlead AR Accounting € 4,300 - € 6,500 gross per month (depending on experience) Working in Schiedam Ad interim contract or temporary contract with the possibility of extension For our Finance Shared Service Center in Schiedam, we are looking for a Teamlead AR Accounting. In this role, you will combine daily operational activities within Accounts Receivable with leading a team of four colleagues. You are a hands-on team lead who gets energy from both the content and coaching colleagues. In addition to the daily AR activities, you play an important role in further improving and optimizing processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment. This concerns a temporary position to support the department. Depending on developments within the department, extension or a follow-up within Mammoet may be possible. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will provide daily leadership to a team of four AR Accounting professionals and be responsible for the planning, progress, and quality of the work. You will participate in the daily Accounts Receivable processes, including accounts receivable management, credit management, and invoicing. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the further professionalization of the AR organization. You will make an active contribution to the optimization of Accounts Receivable and Credit Management processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will prepare reports and analyses that contribute to better decision-making within the organization. You will support intercompany invoicing and work together with colleagues within our international organization. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in finance, accountancy, business economics, or a comparable background. Experience with Accounts Receivable, accounts receivable management, or financial administration. Experience with SAP/S4 credit management is a must. Affinity with process improvement and change management. Experience in managing and leading colleagues. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
