This assignment runs for a longer period, 28 to 32 hours per week, at one location in Dongen. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant re-onboarding.

The activities take place within a specialized treatment and residential environment for elderly people with psychiatric issues. Clients are distributed across multiple departments and have diverse support needs in both psychiatric and somatic areas. While some clients function independently or only require verbal support, others are fully dependent on nursing care and ADL support. Person-centered care is central, and work is carried out from a multidisciplinary approach, with attention to both the physical and psychological well-being of the client.

• Performing nursing procedures, ADL care, and personal care.
• Administering medication and identifying changes in the health of clients.
• Supporting clients with meals, daily activities, and appointments, such as physiotherapy or blood collection.
• Working with aids, such as a hoist or Sara Stedy, where necessary.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other disciplines to provide appropriate care and guidance.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• A completed mbo level 4 or hbo degree in Nursing and a valid BIG registration.
• Experience with psychiatric care or elderly care.
• You are proficient in ADL care and medication administration.
• Experience working with aids, such as a hoist or Sara Stedy.
• You work in a client-oriented manner and collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience within psychiatry is a plus.
