What you'll get

Scaling for Nurse (level 4) in accordance with CAO GGZ FWG 45. The salary is a minimum of €3180 and a maximum of €4273 based on 36 hours, depending on your education, knowledge, and experience.
A permanent contract for 28 - 36 hours per week; should this not quite match your wishes, we are happy to think along with you regarding the possibilities.

Requirements

You have completed the training to be a nurse level 4 (BIG registered);

To be eligible for this position, a positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.

Team Overloonseweg 6 E&F, elderly residents, is looking for new colleagues who enjoy a challenge in a complex field of work. You can join us as a Nurse (level 4).

On our (closed) unit E&F at Overloonseweg 6, 16 clients live, divided across 2 units, each with their own story and a unique life path. Each client has their own (bedroom) and there is a communal living room / kitchen; there is also the possibility to participate in activities. On unit E&F, our elderly residents (65+) live with diverse psychiatric care needs and, in addition, increasing somatic complaints. This combination makes your work different, varied, and dynamic every single day.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where we work together to give our clients a meaningful day. This means that together with the team, you are responsible for daily care, including ADL support, but also that our clients experience a pleasant day. We do not shy away from thinking outside the box and taking risks to make this happen.

Are you currently working in (elderly) care and do you want to take a step towards psychiatry? Then this position is a great opportunity to further develop yourself in an environment where both somatic and psychiatric care come together.

Within this 24-hour treatment setting, you will only work day, weekend, and evening shifts. You have no night shifts, because our night care team handles these.

You have influence over your own schedule through self-scheduling. This means that you enter your first preferences and then, in the next round, you resolve any bottlenecks in consultation with colleagues.
