Mental Health Nurse Sliedrecht

• Salary in accordance with CAO Mental Health Care, classification in job group 45 or 50 depending on your education: €3,180 to €4,716 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €44.43 per hour.
• Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.

You will be working at a modern and completely renovated care location in the Zuid-Holland Zuid region, where outpatient and clinical care are closely interconnected. The location features multiple clinical wards with different care intensities, ranging from medium to very intensive and long-term care. In a dynamic environment, collaboration is central, and care is delivered by multidisciplinary teams that are available 24 hours a day for clients in emergency and crisis situations.

You will be involved in the care of adults with acute psychiatric complaints. You will work in both clinical settings and outpatient care, including intensive home treatment and crisis interventions. You will perform nursing procedures, observe and assess the mental state of clients, and contribute to the drafting and implementation of treatment and support plans. Additionally, you will work closely with various healthcare professionals and make an active contribution to both individual and group-oriented care.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

You will work 16 to 36 hours per week. We will coordinate the scope together with you.
