The activities take place within a closed inpatient ward focused on crisis treatment and short-term treatment. The ward consists of multiple units, each with its own specialty. One unit focuses on clients with cognitive impairments and non-acquired brain injury in combination with psychiatric issues and also functions as a care innovation and learning environment. Another unit focuses on acute gerontopsychiatry. Within both units, clients reside who require intensive guidance, where support in daily care may also play a role. Work is performed in a dynamic environment where safety, quality of care, and collaboration are central.

• Providing nursing care and guidance, including ADL support where necessary.
• Identifying changes in the mental and physical condition and acting adequately upon them.
• Contributing to the stabilization and treatment of clients in a crisis situation.
• Drawing up, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other disciplines within a multidisciplinary team.
• Guiding and supporting interns within a learning environment.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Mental Health Care, classification in job group 45 or 50 depending on your education: €3,180 to €4,716 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €44.43 per hour.

• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A completed mbo level 4 or hbo nursing education, level 4 or higher.
• You are stress-resistant, capable of clinical reasoning, and have experience with both psychiatric and somatic care.
• Good communication skills and the ability to switch gears quickly.
• A calm and professional attitude, even under pressure, with which you offer clients the necessary peace and security.
• Experience within psychiatry is a plus.
