The activities take place within a professional care environment where quality, collaboration, and client-centered care are central. You will work in a multidisciplinary team in which various disciplines work closely together to provide optimal care. There is attention to development, expertise, and the continuous improvement of care processes.

You are responsible for coordinating and performing nursing care and for monitoring its quality.

• Providing nursing care and guidance to clients.
• Coordinating care processes and monitoring continuity.
• Identifying changes in the health situation and acting adequately upon them.
• Drawing up, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines.
• Contributing to quality improvement within the care.

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 55: €3,551 to €5,200 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €50.51 per hour.

• Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Nursing.
• A proactive, independent working attitude and the ability to reason clinically.
• You maintain an overview and keep the quality of care central.
• Good communication skills and the ability to switch gears quickly.
• A calm and professional attitude, even under pressure, with which you offer clients the necessary peace and security.
• Experience within psychiatry is a plus.
