The role
What you will do
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.
This assignment runs for a longer period, 28 to 32 hours per week, at one location in Dordrecht. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
You will be working within a care setting for clients with diverse disabilities and support needs. The target group consists of clients with an intellectual or mild intellectual disability and with a physical disability. Additionally, there may be co-occurring issues, such as ADHD, autism, attachment issues, epilepsy, or diabetes.
Due to the diversity within the target group, guidance varies per client. One may primarily need structure, clarity, and support with daily functioning, while another client may require more intensive guidance or care. As a support worker, you will align with the possibilities and needs of each client and, together with the team, contribute to a safe, stable, and pleasant living environment. Your duties include:
- Guiding clients during daily activities and providing structure and predictability
- Stimulating independence, development, and self-management
- Administering medication and providing appropriate support for epilepsy and diabetes
- Observing and identifying changes in behavior, health, and well-being
- Responding to diverse behavioral and guidance needs and collaborating with colleagues regarding the client
You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.
You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

- You will hear from us within one working day.
