Requirements

What we're looking for

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The role

What you will do

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 32 to 36 hours per week, at one location in Nootdorp. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

The activities take place within a small-scale residential facility for adults with mild to severe intellectual disabilities. The clients live across two residential groups and have diverse, often complex care and support needs. Many residents use an electric wheelchair and are dependent on intensive support in daily life.

Within the location, work is carried out from a person-centered approach, in which expert guidance, nursing care, and the creation of a safe and trusted living environment are central.

The activities consist of, among other things:

  • Providing guidance and support with daily activities and ADL care
  • Performing nursing technical procedures and administering medication
  • Working with aids such as lifting equipment and providing specialist care where necessary
  • Identifying changes in the health and well-being of clients and acting adequately upon them
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines to provide appropriate care and support

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • A diploma in mbo Verzorgende IG level 3 or mbo Verpleegkundige level 4
  • Experience with the intellectual disability target group
  • Proficient in medication administration and nursing technical procedures
  • Experience with epilepsy care, tube feeding, oxygen administration, and working with lifting equipment
  • You offer calm and structure and respond well to diverse care needs
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
