You will be working within a daycare center for children and young people with autism. The children have diverse developmental and support needs and benefit from a safe, clear, and predictable environment.

Guidance is tailored to the possibilities, needs, and lived experiences of each child. Structure and personal attention play an important role here. Together with a dedicated team, you contribute to a pleasant environment in which children and young people feel safe and are given the space to develop at their own pace.

Your duties include

• Guiding children and young people and providing a clear daily structure
• Supporting activities that align with the developmental level and needs of the child
• Stimulating independence, social skills, and personal development
• Observing and identifying changes in behavior and responding appropriately
• Collaborating with colleagues, therapists, and other parties involved with the child

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A relevant completed care diploma at a minimum of MBO level 3, for example, Assistant or Healthcare Assistant (Verzorgende IG)
• Experience with or affinity for children and young people with autism
• A calm, patient, and clear guidance style
• The ability to provide structure and predictability
• A dedicated and flexible work attitude
• Experience within disability care is a plus
