The role

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 hours per week, at one location in Rotterdam. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

How you'll work

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

What you will do

The activities take place within a specialized residential care environment for clients with severe multiple disabilities and challenging behavior. The clients have an intensive support need in both physical and socio-emotional areas. Work is carried out based on proximity, structure, and predictability, with the client's quality of life as the central focus. You will work in a dedicated team that commits itself daily to providing clients with a safe, stable, and meaningful living environment.

As an assistant, you support clients in their daily lives and contribute to a safe and predictable environment. The duties include:

  • Providing daily guidance and support tailored to the individual care needs
  • Performing ADL activities and personal care where necessary
  • Providing structure, calm, and clarity to clients
  • Identifying changes in behavior and well-being and acting adequately upon them
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines to provide the best possible care

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • You have at least a diploma at mbo-level 3 as a guide or Caregiver IG
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have an affinity for clients with severe multiple disabilities and challenging behavior
  • You radiate calmness, are patient, and respond well to the individual needs of clients
