The role
description
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.
This assignment runs for a minimum of three months, with the possibility of extension, 24 hours per week, at one location in Hillegom. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
What you will do
You will be working within a residential care facility for aging clients with an intellectual disability. The clients have diverse backgrounds, talents, and support needs, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will work independently on a floor where seven clients reside and provide guidance that aligns with the individual care needs of each client.
A homely atmosphere is central. Intensive care and personal attention go hand in hand, with creating a sense of home being the priority. There is a fixed daily program in which the on-site day activities play an important role. You will work together with colleagues and support staff, such as a domestic support worker and a cooking staff member. Shifts take place between 07:00 and 22:00 and last 7 or 8 hours.
Your duties include
- Guiding clients during daily activities and providing structure
- Performing ADL activities, ranging from support to partial or full takeover
- Stimulating the self-reliance and autonomy of clients
- Identifying changes in behavior, health, and well-being and responding to them adequately
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a warm, homely, and safe living environment
You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.
You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
How it works when you apply
- You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
- You will hear from us within one working day.
- You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
- In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
- You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
- You receive your agreement, in black and white.
- You choose your first shift.
What else you get
- Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
- A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
- One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
- Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
- If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.
Does this suit you?
- A relevant completed care diploma, at least level 3
- Experience with ADL care
- A client-oriented and independent working attitude
- Good communication skills and a warm, engaged character
- You have an affinity for aging clients with an intellectual disability and find a homely, safe, and trusted environment important
- You stimulate clients in their independence, but dare to take over care when necessary
