You can work at various care organizations within disability care. From small-scale residential facilities to larger residential parks, day activities, outpatient support, and treatment locations. You will work with clients of all ages and with diverse support needs, such as ID (LVB), ID (MVB), ID (EVB), ID (EMB), ID (MVG), ABI (NAH), autism, complex behavior, children and youth, and aging clients.

As a healthcare professional within disability care, you support clients in their daily lives and contribute to their development, independence, and quality of life. The content of your duties depends on the target group and the assignment you choose. Your duties may include, among others:

• Guiding clients in daily activities and providing structure
• Supporting with ADL care and nursing technical procedures, depending on your role and qualifications
• Stimulating self-reliance, development, and participation
• Observing, identifying, and reporting changes in behavior and health
• Collaborating with colleagues, practitioners, and other disciplines to provide the best care

You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

• A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
• Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
• A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.

• A diploma at MBO or HBO level in the field of care and welfare, for example SPW, MMZ, or Nursing
• Experience within disability care is a plus
