The role
description
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.
This assignment runs until the end of October, 24-32 hours per week with the possibility of extension, at one location in Heerhugowaard. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
What you will do
You will be working within a protected residential setting for adults aged 20 to 75. Approximately 18 clients live at the location, each having their own connected individual living space. The target group consists mainly of clients with autism or autism-related issues.
Support focuses primarily on assisting with ADL activities, providing structure and clarity, and guiding through mild psychosocial issues. Most clients are mobile and physical care is not intensive. No lifting equipment is used.
Psychiatric issues are not the primary focus for most clients. When sufficient structure is provided and agreements are kept, clients can generally function well. Verbal aggression and self-harm may occur sporadically, making it important to act calmly, clearly, and professionally.
You build a bond with the same clients and see the results of your support. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance. You will be employed by GOED. on a secondment basis and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your support are managed through us.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 40: €2,893
to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 support worker, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
How it works when you apply
1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
2. You will hear from us within one working day.
3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.

7. You choose your first shift
What else you receive
- Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
