Requirements

Education & certifications

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The role

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

This assignment runs for a longer period, 32 hours per week, at one location in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

How you'll work

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

What you will do

The activities take place within a residential facility for six clients with severe multiple disabilities and diverse care needs. The residents have a moderate to severe intellectual disability and are mostly dependent on intensive support in daily life. Within the homes, a calm, predictable, and safe living environment is central.

On the same grounds, various opportunities for work, learning, and daytime activities are available, meaning that living and daily activities are closely interconnected. The residential environment consists of several homes, each with its own atmosphere and team dynamics.

The activities consist of, among other things:

  • Supporting clients with their daily rhythm, care, and activities
  • Performing ADL activities and personal care
  • Administering medication according to protocol
  • Providing structure, calm, and safety within the group
  • Supporting clients with social contacts and leisure activities
  • Stimulating independence and participation at the client's own level
  • Collaborating with fellow support workers, personal assistants, interns, and volunteers
  • Coordinating with behavioral experts, occupational therapists, and other involved disciplines

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
