The role

What you will do

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 32 hours per week, at one location in Beneden-Leeuwen. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The activities take place within a specialized residential care environment where clients live with non-acquired brain injury, autism, or multiple disabilities. The support is focused on appropriate guidance, personal care, and creating a safe, structured living environment. Work is carried out from a person-centered approach, in which the possibilities and needs of every client are central. You will be part of a dedicated team in which collaboration, quality of care, and the well-being of the clients are the priority.

As a support worker, you support clients in their daily lives and contribute to a safe and predictable environment. The duties include, among others:

  • Guiding clients through daily activities and providing structure
  • Supporting ADL activities and personal care where necessary
  • Identifying changes in behavior, health, and well-being
  • Stimulating self-reliance and the maintenance of skills
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other involved disciplines

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
