You help clients with daily life, living, and working, aligning your support with their personal goals and needs. You provide structure, think along with them, identify changes, and know how to offer the right support even in unexpected situations. You work based on the support plan, report, and maintain contact with colleagues and other stakeholders. You work closely with your team and are given plenty of room to contribute ideas regarding this method of support. No two days are the same: it is precisely the variety between planned support and unexpected situations that makes this position interesting. You work in rotating shifts where the schedulers take your wishes into account as much as possible. Currently, the team works day shifts from 8:30-17:00 and on-call shifts from 17:00-22:15; in the long term, these will become day and evening shifts. You will alternate weekend shifts with colleagues; you will have a day shift or an on-call shift on the weekend approximately once a month. For this position, it is important that you are working on Fridays.
Because your schedule leaves room for unexpected situations, you are flexible and can react quickly and adequately. Moreover, you have the mindset to help clients directly and efficiently. You can easily connect with the client's world, reassure them, and quickly assess what is needed. You know the social map of the region and enjoy collaborating with professionals from different organizations.
