HR Advisor

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in HRM or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or in a similar position.
• Knowledge of labor law, absenteeism, and daily HR practice.
• The ability to pick up speed by working independently while simultaneously seeking out collaboration.
• A practical attitude and the courage to engage in conversation when necessary.
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.

• Salary up to € 5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience.

As an HR Advisor at Eurofins Food, Feed & Water, you will work in an organization that is constantly in motion. As a member of the MT, you support two business units in Heerenveen, which differ in size and challenges. Additionally, you provide remote support to a business unit with various locations in the Netherlands. As a result, you will come into contact with a wide range of HR issues and work together with many different managers and teams. From an advisory request in daily practice to a topic that has consequences for an entire business unit: you are involved where it happens. What makes this role unique is the combination of freedom and collaboration. You will be given plenty of room to shape your own area of focus, while simultaneously being part of a dedicated HR team that loves to share knowledge and achieve results together.
