From our factories in Nijkerk, we deliver daily to customers in the Netherlands and beyond. Thousands of products per hour, almost 24/7. We have brands such as Melkunie, Arla Bio, and Breaker, and with about 300 colleagues, we make our fresh daily products with a great deal of pride and passion. Nijkerk is the heart of our supply chain organization, and that is exactly where you will play a very important role.

As HR Business Partner, you are the HR sparring partner for the Supply Chain organization. You are close to the business, are part of the MT, and have a direct influence on the way we develop our people and organization. In doing so, you will receive a lot of individual responsibility. You take the lead on the most important HR processes and projects and translate our People Strategy into practice.

You will be involved in, among other things:

• Strategic workforce planning: which people and skills do we need today and tomorrow?
• Engagement: how do we ensure that colleagues are involved, motivated, and proud?
• Leadership: you coach our managers and help them grow in their leadership.
• People Strategy 2027: you ensure that our HR strategy actually lands in the factory.
• HR projects ranging from organizational development to change and other strategic HR issues.
• Data & insights: you use HR data to support choices and make impact visible.

You work independently on your portfolio, but you are certainly not alone. You work closely with HR colleagues in the Netherlands and internationally, including in Germany and Denmark.

You will become part of the MT Supply Chain Nijkerk, a team of approximately 10 professionals. There, you will contribute ideas regarding the direction of the organization and translate business strategy into concrete HR choices.

You advise managers, ask critical questions, coach leaders, and bring an HR perspective to important business decisions. You report to our Associate Director HR.

We are looking for someone who does not wait for a question to land on their desk. You see what is happening, take initiative, and dare to engage in conversation - even when that conversation is uncomfortable. Furthermore, you have

• a completed Master's degree in Business Administration, HRM, or Change Management;
• at least 5 years of experience in tactical HR advice / HR business partnering;
• experience within an organization with a collective labor agreement (CAO);
• strong communication and social skills;
• a good command of Dutch and English;
• a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset;
• the conviction that HR is more than policy and processes; ultimately, it is about people and business results.

You don't have to be able to do everything already. We find it at least as important that you are curious, take responsibility, and want to continue developing yourself.

Traveling occasionally to our colleagues in Germany and Denmark? You won't mind that at all.
