HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrable experience with AFAS administration, testing, and independently executing projects
Knowledge of Agile working is a plus
Knowledge of BiSL is a plus
A gross monthly salary, depending on your experience, between €3,500 and €5,395, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week);
Holiday allowance, an end-of-year bonus (both 8.33%) and participation in the pension scheme at ASR;
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, home office allowance, and a laptop and phone;
A total of 28 days off based on full-time (40 hours) employment; 24 vacation days and 4 vitality days, of which 1 can be used freely on or around your birthday and 3 for personal or role-oriented development;
The possibility to purchase 19 additional vacation days (based on full-time)

As an AFAS Application Specialist, you are the expert behind a stable, user-friendly, and future-proof AFAS environment. You ensure that HR processes are optimally configured and align with the needs of colleagues throughout the organization. In doing so, you translate user wishes into smart solutions that are scalable and manageable. You work closely with HR, fellow application administrators, and external suppliers. As an AFAS Application Specialist, you will receive plenty of room to propose improvements and realize them independently.
Managing, optimizing, and further developing the AFAS environment
Testing and implementing new functionalities within AFAS
Resolving second-line issues and complex user queries
Translating user needs into organization-wide solutions
Collaborating on projects such as acquisitions, process improvements, and changes in employment conditions
As an AFAS Application Specialist, you know how technology can strengthen HR processes. You are analytically strong, work independently, and feel comfortable in an organization that is continuously developing. As an AFAS Application Specialist, you will work at the Bergman Clinics headquarters in Naarden, easily accessible by both car and public transport. You will be part of the IT Delivery, Care, and Operations department. Within an Agile team, you will work daily with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and fellow specialists. Additionally, you will maintain frequent contact with HR colleagues, project leaders, clinics, and external suppliers.
