  • MBO 4 working and thinking level in an electrotechnical direction.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience within a technical production or project environment.
  • Experience with reading technical drawings and diagrams.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Affinity with production planning, production processes, and project-based working.
  • Good command of the Dutch language and sufficient command of the English language.
  • VCA Basis or willingness to obtain it.

The role

Behind every successful production phase lies thorough preparation. You form the link between Engineering, Procurement, and Production. You translate technical designs into concrete work packages. You ensure that all prerequisites are present to carry out the work safely and efficiently. You also monitor the schedule. Thanks to your good preparation, our teams can do what they are truly good at: building the most exclusive superyachts in the world.

What you'll do

As an Electrical Production Planner, you are responsible for preparing, organizing, and optimizing production activities within your discipline. You analyze engineering output, collect project information, and translate this into clear work packages for execution.

In doing so, you work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production Leads, Foremen, and suppliers. Thanks to your insight into the construction process, you signal bottlenecks early on. You immediately propose solutions before they impact the schedule or execution.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Inventorying the make scope based on drawings, diagrams, and project information.
  • Analyzing and interpreting engineering output for optimal production preparation.
  • Assembling complete work packages including materials, parts, and work instructions.
  • Generating and managing item lists, work lists, and relevant project overviews.
  • Ensuring the timely availability of materials, tools, and information.
  • Supporting the outsourcing of activities within the make scope.
  • Coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and Production regarding technical issues and changes.
  • Monitoring the progress of work packages and signaling deviations or risks.
  • Performing analyses on production results and making improvement proposals for processes and working methodologies.
  • Actively contributing to a smooth transfer from Engineering to Production.

Through your structured approach, you contribute directly to the successful delivery of our superyachts.

What you bring

Within the construction of a Feadship, no two days are the same. Designs continuously evolve, customer wishes change, and different disciplines work on the same yacht simultaneously. It is precisely in that dynamism that you make the difference. You look ahead, structure information, and prepare production optimally. In this way, you prevent delays and enable efficient execution. You are therefore an important pivot within the project team and contribute directly to quality, lead time, and cost control.

In addition, you possess:

Are you a production planner who gets energy from complex technology, custom projects, and collaborating on the most beautiful superyachts in the world? Then we would love to meet you.

In addition, you possess:

  • MBO 4 working and thinking level in an electrotechnical direction.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience within a technical production or project environment.
  • Experience with reading technical drawings and diagrams.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Affinity with production planning, production processes, and project-based working.
  • Good command of the Dutch language and sufficient command of the English language.
  • VCA Basis or willingness to obtain it.

Our offer

  • A salary between € 3,500 and € 4,500 gross per month based on full-time employment;
  • A one-year contract with a view to a permanent contract;
  • For full-time employment: 40 days off per year (27 vacation days + 13 ADV days);
  • 8% fixed holiday allowance, which is conditionally supplemented with 2.75%;
  • An annual profit sharing (conditional);
  • A pension scheme via the PME and collective health insurance;
  • A travel allowance based on € 0.23 per kilometer based on home/work distance;
  • Flexible working hours in consultation with your supervisor;
  • An active staff association with fun activities (e.g.: a boat trip, summer BBQ, Sinterklaas celebration, or pub quiz);
  • Plenty of room for personal development and training (Feadship Academy).

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • A one-year contract with a view to a permanent contract;
  • An annual profit sharing (conditional);
