Recruitment Consultant Large Accounts

• A salary between €2600 and €3300 gross per month, depending on your education and work/internship experience

• Net internet allowance of €25 on a full-time basis

• 25 vacation days, 6.5 ADV days (or 2.5% extra salary) and an extra day off on your birthday

• 8.5% holiday allowance and an attractive (quarterly) bonus scheme

As a Consultant Large Account, you are responsible for one large client that has various locations around Venlo. In this role, we are responsible for the flexible workforce. From recruitment to onboarding and evaluations, everything is covered.

We think along with our client and enjoy staying one step ahead of them. We know how to find the right people and work together to ensure our client's success. We do this by being present several times a week, not just in the office but specifically on the floor! The working language is Dutch, but with our flexible workers, English and German are also spoken.

• Account management: you know what is happening and know every department and stakeholder

• Providing advice: you are the specialist in the field of flexible labor

• Recruitment: you know how to retain and grow talent

• Administration: the schedule must be clear and payroll must be handled accurately

• Onboarding: you ensure a flying start for new colleagues!

• Possession of a driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
