In this role, you support the management of commercial projects with pace and impact. You work closely with experienced colleagues on multiple tender requests at once, often originating from European tenders or large business contracts, and contribute to bringing all parts together into a winning proposal. This way, you get to know the entire process without being immediately fully responsible for projects.

Your role and influence as a Junior Project Coordinator.

Responsibility: You will receive the responsibility for supporting multiple tender processes. You help with timely delivery, collaboration between different departments, and the development of a winning commercial strategy.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you ensure the delivery of winning proposals. You work closely with your direct colleagues, but also with departments such as Sales and Specialists to ensure that every proposal is complete, competitive, and on time.

• Supporting project teams: You help with the assembly and coordination of project teams and, together with your colleagues, keep a sharp eye on the schedule.

• Collecting and merging input from specialists: You collect information and contributions from various departments and process these into a consistent, accurate, and error-free proposal.

• Contributing to commercial strategy: Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you contribute to structuring proposals and shaping winning strategies.

Additionally, it is important that you:

• Possess a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking

• Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, with an eye for detail and a structured way of working.

• Are proactive, show initiative, and can prioritize well in a dynamic working environment.

• Have excellent knowledge of Dutch.
