• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and know how to translate data into concrete actions.

• Speak and write fluent Dutch and can manage well in English.

• Have an affinity with technology, for example through experience at an installation company. It helps if you have certificates such as VCA or NEN3140 or are willing to obtain them.

You will be working at Roamler Tech: a national network of certified technicians and installers that performs installation, maintenance, and repair for companies and organizations with multiple locations - from telecom, TV and internet and smart home to electricity, heating and cooling (HVAC) and charging solutions for electric driving, with quality control on every job.

As Project Coordinator (Crowd), you ensure that we have the right people available, that they can perform their assignments well, that they perform at the right level, and that they are deployed on the right assignments.

You are the operational point of contact for our Roamlers and play an important role in keeping our network healthy, available, and continuously improving. You combine operational insight, strong communication skills, and data to solve problems, improve performance, and ensure that our customers receive the quality they expect.

We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility and gets energy from a dynamic, operational environment. Someone who switches easily between people, solving practical challenges, and data. An affinity with technology helps, as you work with technicians performing technical jobs. You do not need to be a technical specialist: you use that knowledge to communicate well with technicians, handle second-line questions, and understand what they encounter in the field.

As Project Coordinator (crowd), you are responsible for the availability, capacity, and performance of the Roamler network. You are continuously looking for ways to improve both the experience of our Roamlers and the results for our customers.

Your main responsibilities are:

• You are responsible for the availability and capacity of the Roamler network and ensure that we have sufficient suitable Roamlers available for our projects. You identify capacity and quality issues and actively manage them, and expand the network when necessary.

• You monitor and improve the performance of Roamlers in the areas of attendance, appointment completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• You are the first operational point of contact for Roamlers and help them solve operational problems they encounter in the field.

• You handle second-line questions from technicians and involve the third line when a question becomes truly technical in content.

• You coach Roamlers based on data and performance insights, with attention to continuous improvement, positive collaboration, and escalation when necessary.

• You work closely with Planning and Operations to ensure that the right Roamler is deployed on the right assignment.

• You maintain contact with Roamler customers regarding operational matters and have contact with consumers where necessary.

• You are responsible for specific second-line operational processes, such as checking quotes and organizing On Site Surveys.
