Medium Voltage Project Coordinator

The energy transition is creating plenty of work. As a medium voltage project coordinator, you will manage projects focused on resolving and preventing congestion and keep multiple projects strictly on track simultaneously.

As a Medium Voltage Project Coordinator, you will work on replacing, reinforcing, and adapting our distribution network. Asset Management is our internal client in this process and ensures that we keep our network future-proof.

As a project coordinator within the MV chain:

• You start your day with consultation moments in which you discuss the progress of ongoing projects together with colleagues.
• You manage multiple projects simultaneously, depending on the scale, complexity, and your experience.
• You ensure that projects are delivered on time and actively manage progress, quality, and budget.
• You monitor revisions, adjust where necessary, and keep all stakeholders informed of developments.
• Together with the project leader, you coordinate the entire project trajectory: from request and execution to the financial closing.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A gross monthly salary of up to € 5,622 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.
• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.
• € 700.- (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear.

On top of that, there is this:

• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day. At Stedin, we work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
• You travel to the office using the public transport free-access scheme. This is a public transport card that you can also use in your free time. Or with the flexible travel scheme, where you choose, combine, and vary how you travel to work and receive an extra allowance if you come by bicycle.
• Your development is central: attending events with colleagues and following training and education. This is how you get the best out of yourself.

You have technical knowledge and in everything you do, you think about the end result. You are a go-getter, have strong communication skills, and easily bring stakeholders along in your plans. Because you are at the forefront of the energy transition, you love innovative technology, get a kick out of creative solutions, and dare to ask follow-up questions. And if there is an emergency? Then we can count on you.

Furthermore, you have:

• At least HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking with a completed degree, preferably in a technical field;
• Experience in a similar position.
• You are analytically strong and have good technical insight.
