Draftsperson / BIM Modeller

• You have experience with 3D drawing packages, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or MicroStation. Experience with Revit is a plus.

• Affinity with formwork, or already experience in formwork, scaffolding, or shoring structures (plus).

• A practical attitude and an eye for detail.

• You speak and write Dutch fluently.

• The salary for this position is between €3,083 and €3,854 gross per 4 weeks (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

This will be your job
As a BIM modeller, also known as a CAD draftsperson, you play a crucial role in preparing our construction projects. Working from the office, you work on the designs and drawings of formwork, cranes, and construction hoists, ensuring everything is correct down to the smallest detail. Together with your team, you ensure that the formwork and shoring are deployed safely and efficiently on construction sites. Your activities are broad and varied because we are not tied to a single system or method: your creativity and expertise make the difference. Additionally, you regularly coordinate with project teams, suppliers, the carpentry workshop, and the Cranes & Hoists Department.
