You will join Heyma, part of Dura Vermeer Construction and Real Estate. At Heyma, we work daily on maintaining, improving, and making existing real estate more sustainable. From houses and apartment complexes to social real estate: together we ensure that buildings are ready for the future. You will work in a close-knit project team with work preparers, site managers, project leaders, and skilled professionals who are happy to involve you in the trade. The lines are short, the atmosphere is informal, and colleagues are always ready to help each other. Because of this, you not only get a good image of the construction process, but you also learn how collaboration makes the difference in successful projects.
Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can notice that. In how we work together, how we look out for each other, and how we build with an eye for future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, utility construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the basis for this. With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we belong to the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, for us, it is not about those figures. It is about people. About colleagues who work together on projects you can be proud of – iconic and close to home – and contribute to solutions for societal issues. Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with committed people. That is why we invest in good employer leadership and a working environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and make more together with us.
