• Between 2 - 6 years of work experience in a similar role;
• At least HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking, for example obtained through a completed HBO or academic degree in the direction of food, chemical, or biotechnology;
• Application-oriented, pragmatic attitude with a strong dose of curiosity;
• You understand the backgrounds of (technical) processes in relation to product properties;
• You understand the relationship between product properties and applications;
• Communicatively skilled, proactive, result-oriented, analytical, team player;
• Good command of both the Dutch and English language, in speech and writing.

• An attractive salary between €3095 & €4858 gross per month based on knowledge and experience;
• An 8% holiday allowance, a fixed year-end bonus, bonus potential, and a travel allowance of 23 cents per km;

As a Technologist, you are continuously engaged with the interaction between technology and product. You support the production organization in improving operational conditions and realize your investment projects within the process environment of Beverage Preparation and Mixing Plants. In doing so, you provide high-quality and fact-based analyses and advice regarding the process. In the event of deviating process conditions, peculiarities, or emergencies, you ensure the correct direction for a solution. You analyze and optimize existing installations, provide advice and leadership, or participate in technical or process improvement projects. The focus lies on safety, quality, controllability, and efficiency of the production processes. You will also be deployed to realize investments.

• Assessing process performance and reporting findings;
• Performing root cause analyses during deviations and initiating actions in consultation with production, QA, and Technical Service;
• Standardizing work processes in the field of technology;
• Executing improvement projects in the fields of engineering, technology, process, and product;
• Realizing investment projects in the process environment;
• Providing high-quality reports regarding executed projects;
• Closely working together with the production, quality, and technical service departments.
