Field Service Technician

As a Technical Field Expert, you possess a solid technical foundation and a flexible attitude. You bring:

• A completed MBO education (level 4) in mechatronics or mechanical engineering.

• A valid driver's license (category B).

• Willingness to travel internationally and work with diverse cultures.

• Skill in reading technical diagrams and drawings (electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic).

• Qualities such as independence, decisiveness, proactivity, and flexibility.

• Good communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and additionally German, Spanish, or French. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.

• Collaborating on the assembly and testing of customer-specific machines.

• Commissioning new machines at customer sites worldwide.

• Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing repairs or replacements of parts.

• Performing expert inspections and supporting customers via the helpdesk.

• Providing on-the-job training and actively transferring knowledge to users.

Are you ready for an international challenge? As a Technical Field Expert, you will work both in Weert and at customer locations worldwide. You will get the opportunity to delve into the technology of vertical fill and seal machines for the food industry and will be responsible for the optimal functioning of these systems.

In this versatile role, you will combine activities at our location in Weert with international customer visits. In doing so, you will be involved in, among other things:
