BIM Coordinator in the Netherlands

• The salary for this position is between €4,291.63 and €5,364.54 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;   

• 43 leave days according to the CAO Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out into your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a BIM Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and supervising the BIM process for complex projects, such as bridges, dikes, viaducts, and tunnels. You work with coordination software such as Forma and Navisworks and have an affinity for digitalization and information management, through which you test the integrity of the models and provide the client and the project with their information needs. In addition to assembling integral models, you actively contribute to our innovative approach to BIM, digitalization, and automation. You think along about how we can deploy these technologies to make processes more efficient and smarter.

You take the initiative to retrieve the necessary information yourself and do not hesitate to actively inform others. You work closely with other disciplines and signal bottlenecks in the design so that these can be resolved in a timely manner. You work intensively with various disciplines, and both with the design and execution organizations, to ensure that the design is feasible, safe, and of high quality. In short, you are an essential link in the success of our projects, with a clear focus on both collaboration and results.

Therefore, we are looking for an assertive BIM Coordinator who not only takes the lead in realizing detailed designs but also actively contributes to the further development of our digital working methods and solutions.

You will work on various infra projects of Dura Vermeer throughout the Netherlands. You will do this together with driven colleagues from different disciplines. You will become part of the Civil Design department, within the Design cluster. The cluster currently consists of approximately 120 colleagues, through which we fulfill our ambition as a designing builder. Take, for example, the renovation of the Drecht tunnel, the expansion of Nijmegen station, the dike reinforcement Wolferen Sprok, dike reinforcement Tiel Waardenburg, the construction of the A16 Rotterdam, or projects that contribute to the energy transition.
