• MBO or HBO level of working and thinking

• Knowledge of E/W/S disciplines and experience with modeling

• Experience with Revit software and model checking software

• Experience with Dalux/Autodesk Forma

The role

Do you enjoy building the bridge between technology, collaboration, and digital innovation? As a BIM Coordinator, you are the connecting link in the BIM process, both internally within Bosman and towards other construction partners. You make clear agreements with all parties involved, monitor the progress and quality of Bosman's 3D aspect models, and coach colleagues in the use of our BIM working method in collaboration with our BIM Manager. You work on challenging projects where technology, collaboration, and innovation are central. You ensure that the BIM Engineers of the various disciplines are well-coordinated with each other, so that a well-coordinated model is created.

What you'll do

A glimpse of your activities includes:

• Coordinating the Bosman aspect models of the various disciplines (E/W/S)

• Checking and managing these aspect models and the project environment

• Testing activities against the BIM execution plan (BEP)

• Uploading, downloading, and linking models from our subcontractors

• Performing and supervising clash detection

• Coaching BIM Engineers and guiding the project team

• Leading BIM coordination meetings

• Attending BIM meetings at our civil contractors

• Coordinating with architectural and structural disciplines

• Releasing models and drawings for execution

• Documenting BIM processes and performing time registration

• Support for the handover file

• Assuring the models
