BIM Coordinator

As a BIM Coordinator at Hurks in Eindhoven, you ensure that our projects are digitally perfect to the last detail. You create overview and structure, so that colleagues can work efficiently and optimally with BIM models. You connect design, preparation, and execution, ensuring that information, models, and processes align seamlessly. With your critical eye and substantive knowledge, you safeguard quality and ensure that projects run smoothly. From initial design to realization, you are involved in the entire process. You work closely with planners, work preparers, site managers, and external advisors, taking collaboration within project teams to a higher level. Additionally, you look beyond today. You actively think along about how we can continuously improve our BIM working methods and construction processes, so that we also build smarter and better tomorrow.

• Coordinating the BIM process within projects;

• Assembling, checking, and managing coordination models in Solibri;

• Checking and testing design and production models;

• Identifying clashes, areas for improvement, and technical points of attention;

• Ensuring a good structure of project information within systems such as SharePoint, Prostream, and Dalux;

• Supporting colleagues in the smart use of BIM models during preparation and execution;

• Thinking along about further digitalization, automation, and new developments such as AI;

• Sharing knowledge and inspiring colleagues in the field of BIM and digitalization.

You are an important link between different disciplines. Through your approach, you help colleagues to work more efficiently and together we create better projects.

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar;

• Demonstrable experience as a BIM Coordinator within a developing or executing builder;

• Experience with BIM tools such as Solibri, BIMcollab Nexus, and Dalux;

• Analytically strong with an eye for quality and technical detailing;

• Proactive, curious, and driven to continuously improve;

• Strong communication skills; you connect different disciplines and stakeholders;

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages and available for 32–40 hours per week.

• Salary from € 3,683.- to € 5,261.- gross per 4 weeks (€ 3,989.- to € 5,699.- gross per month) based on full-time employment;

• In addition to your salary, you receive a fixed amount for sustainable employability that contributes to staying healthy (2.3% according to cao Bouw & Infra);

• 43 days off according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;
