From the new construction of houses and apartments to the renovation and transformation of existing office buildings. On the construction site, you take daily leadership. You maintain oversight, lead the construction team, and ensure that all parties know what needs to be done. From colleagues and subcontractors to suppliers and other construction partners. You monitor the planning, quality, and progress, and ensure that work is carried out safely and according to agreement.

In addition, you look beyond just what needs to happen today. You think ahead, identify bottlenecks before they become a problem, and continuously coordinate with the other disciplines within the project team. In this way, together you ensure a smooth construction process and a result that everyone can be proud of.

Because good construction is not done alone. As a site manager, you are also the one who brings people together. You provide clear direction, but also know when to listen, coach, or adjust. Even when the planning is under pressure, you keep a cool head and the team sharp.

First and foremost: Safety is always your top priority! Because of this, you always have visibility into all ongoing matters taking place on your construction site. As a result, you are highly alert, and in the event of problems, you act professionally and accurately and think in solutions.

-An MBO education in Civil Engineering or similar;

-You have experience as an independent site manager within new construction or renovation projects;

-You know how to engage your team with your persuasiveness and enthusiasm to realize a successful project within the established deadlines and performance standards;

-You are digitally skilled; correctly recording the progress of the project administratively in our automated system is no problem at all for you;

-You are highly independent, cost-conscious, and you maintain oversight of the quality and quantity of your responsibilities within the project. You therefore also set high standards for the quality of your work;

• The salary for this (medior) position is between € 5,005 and € 6,256 gross per month, or for a senior € 5,638 and € 7,049 (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone;

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;

• You have the choice between a mobility budget, NS Business Card, or an electric lease car;
