• The salary for this position is between €4,291 and €5,364 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

As a Site Manager, you are the linchpin of our construction projects in the Brabant region. At Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch, you will work on large, landmark utility and residential construction projects and brand-new technologies right in your area. Looking for a new challenge? As a Site Manager at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch, you ensure that everything on the construction site runs smoothly and you have a sharp eye for safety, quality, and planning. You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and direct both the team and the subcontractors. You report directly to the Project Leader and work closely with Site Preparers and Project Managers.

Coordinating, organizing, and planning. As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the full execution of cool and challenging residential or utility projects. On large, complex projects, you work together with the General Site Manager and act as an independent Site Manager for a part of the project. You provide daily leadership on the construction site and are responsible for your team of employees. You ensure the management and registration of project documents, a safe construction site, and timely delivery with the agreed quality.

But that is not all; you also play an important role in coaching and motivating the team on the construction site. You ensure that a strong and successful team is in place and stimulate the team to deliver quality and achieve the objectives. Together with the team, you ensure a successful construction project.
