New Construction Site Manager

• You have a completed MBO or HBO degree in Civil Engineering or similar;

• At least 5 years of work experience as a residential construction site manager;

• You are creative, assertive, and pragmatically minded and have pleasant communication skills;

• Naturally, you are skilled, solution-oriented, creative, decisive, and a true organizer!

• At least 32 hours per week available to work. Are you available full-time? Great!

As a Site Manager at Ballast Nedam West in Capelle aan den IJssel, you and your team are responsible for the daily operations of our attractive and high-quality residential construction projects in the South Holland region. In doing so, you will receive plenty of room to further develop yourself. There are also opportunities to grow into the role of Senior Site Manager.

You manage the daily activities on the construction site and ensure that all parties involved work well together, so that the construction process runs smoothly. Safety is always the top priority, with a passion for construction and attention to your team. In every phase, you know how to support and inspire your colleagues. Your duties include:

• Monitoring a safe working environment on the construction site.

• Drafting and monitoring schedules.

• Managing and motivating skilled workers and subcontractors.

• Identifying deviations.

• Ensuring clear communication between all project partners.

• Preparing, attending, and recording work meetings with subcontractors.
