What we're looking for

Do you have demonstrable work experience as a foreman;
Do you have an affinity with road construction;
Do you have at least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a civil engineering field;
Are you in possession of your VCA-VOL;
Do you have knowledge of developments in the field of UAV-GC and RAW.
You possess a Category B driver's license.

The role

As an infrastructure foreman , you are the point of contact for clients and colleagues during the realization phase. You work in a close-knit team within a safe working environment. What you'll do

You are co-responsible for the realization of various infrastructure projects;
You are literally with your feet in the excavation pit and manage the outdoor work on the project;
You work closely with the project manager and project coordinator;
Efficiently organizing people, equipment, and materials is second nature to you. You monitor and safeguard processed quantities;
Motivating colleagues to execute the project according to contract and within the schedule and work budget is second nature to you;
Safety and quality have the highest priority for you;
You handle the administration, identify contract changes, and prepare extra and less work reports;
Active participation in construction meetings and good contact with the client are essential;
You stay informed about developments within the team and the wishes of the client.

We offer full-service support for infrastructure projects from advice and design to construction and/or maintenance. We are strong in the disciplines of preparation, earthworks, sewerage, paving, foundations and asphalt concrete, always keeping the environment central. We are strong in RAW and UAV-GC projects and have extensive experience working in construction teams.

In addition to our head office in Herten and regional office in Den Bosch, we have our own asphalt plant in Roermond. Because of this, we are not dependent on third parties and can act as an advisor regarding asphalt issues.

We are part of BESIX Infra, which belongs to the top 3 players on the Belgian infrastructure market, for both public and private clients.
