Are you a Lead Technician or Supervisory Technician in residential construction and ready to lead a complete project? At Van Hoften Installatietechniek, you will take the step to Mechanical Project Supervisor. You will be entrusted with one large project and will be responsible for the daily execution on-site.

You know the work outdoors, know how to manage a crew, and see what is needed to make a project run smoothly. Now you have the opportunity to apply that experience in a role with more oversight, freedom, and responsibility.

As a Mechanical Project Supervisor, you ensure that things run smoothly on-site. You manage technicians, agency workers, and subcontractors, ensuring that everyone knows what needs to be done and when.

You are responsible for one large project. This could be a residential construction project, but also a utility project. Your experience in residential construction forms the basis: you know how a construction site works, can look ahead, and are used to coordinating with various parties simultaneously.

In short: you ensure that your people can keep going and that the project is realized according to agreement.

You will, among other things:

• Organizing and coordinating the daily execution of your project.

• Managing and supervising technicians, agency workers, and subcontractors.

• Looking ahead in planning, people, materials, equipment, and prefab.

• Monitoring quality, safety, and progress.

• Checking drawings and identifying bottlenecks early.

• Thinking of practical solutions if execution differs from the plan.

• Daily coordination with project management and work preparation.

• Maintaining contact with contractors, suppliers, and other parties on-site.

• A lot of knowledge and experience in large-scale residential construction.

• One large project that you can focus on completely.

• Short lines between the construction site, work preparation, and project management.
