To continue realizing our growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist at BESIX Infra Support who gets energy from people, projects, and impact.

For BESIX Infra Support, we are looking for an experienced recruiter who takes ownership of the full recruitment process in the Netherlands. Your base location is Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, with an average presence of one day per week in Schelle (BE). In this role, you will work in an international context and actively contribute to the expansion of our activities and employer branding in the Dutch market.

You will join a dynamic environment with high expectations, where speed, quality, and stakeholder management are central.

What will you do?

• Together with the HR Business Partner, you run the full recruitment process;
• You draft attractive, realistic, and complete vacancy texts;
• Together with the HRBP, you determine the right recruitment and communication channels per vacancy;
• You source actively via, among others, LinkedIn (Recruiter Seat), referrals, campus recruitment, and your own networks, and you expand talent pools;
• You conduct interviews and ensure a strong candidate experience;
• You collaborate with external partners such as interim and selection agencies where this offers added value;
• You actively contribute to the further development of employer branding in the Netherlands, tailored to the local market;
• You optimize the recruitment policy and translate insights into concrete improvement actions;
• You support the selection process via reference checks, competency tests, and by coaching managers in qualitative selection interviews;
• Where necessary, you contribute to projects and process improvements within HR and recruitment.

• You have several years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate); strong, driven starters with demonstrable potential are also welcome;
• You have experience with competency-based interviewing and also know how to find scarce (technical) profiles, both blue- and white-collar;
• Preferably, you have an affinity with infra, construction, or technical environments;
• You know the Dutch labor market well and are willing to quickly master the Belgian context;
• Experience with sourcing via LinkedIn and building networks is a given;
• You are digitally savvy and work fluently with ATS systems and sourcing tools;
• You build relationships easily and communicate professionally with stakeholders at different levels;
• You communicate clearly, stand firm in your shoes, and can handle high expectations;
• You are flexible, pragmatic, and know how to set priorities in a dynamic environment;
• You have excellent command of Dutch and speak good English (French is a plus).
