Recruiter

• BSc in Human Resource management, Business Economics or similar

• 5+ years experience as a recruiter in a fast‑growing environment

• Strong communication skills, able to adapt from Manager to Engineer

• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations, be decisive and provide feedback

• A proactive mindset: you actively chase information and follow up to keep processes moving

• Team player who works closely with recruitment colleagues, HRBPs, and the HR administration

• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch

• Comfortable working with ATS systems (Workday experience is a plus).

As Recruiter at Prodrive Technologies, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process for different departments. You work in a high‑pace, high‑growth environment where priorities can differ per department, and where speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment are key.

You translate hiring needs into concrete recruitment actions, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience - from intake to contract signing and onboarding in Workday.

• Own the full recruitment cycle for all your responsible departments.

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the right hiring managers

• Manage stakeholder expectations across the multiple departments

• Drive offers, contracts, and hiring administration in Workday

• Proactively build talent pipelines using direct sourcing and external recruitment partners

• Continuously improve the recruitment approach and come up with new sourcing ideas

• Ensure high satisfaction among candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
