For TMF Jobs in Weert, you will work as the bridge builder between international talent and our employers. We believe that the right people make all the difference. You will receive a role with a lot of freedom, responsibility, and variety.

As a recruiter of international talent, you will focus on international candidates for positions within construction, production, logistics, engineering, and industry. You will actively search and speak with candidates in multiple languages. You will build relationships and look beyond a CV. Like no one else, you know how to enthuse talent for a future in the Netherlands.

You are not just a recruiter. You are also an advisor, relationship manager, and ambassador for SD Worx. You will visit clients, walk the shop floor, truly get to know organizations, and ensure that your candidates end up in a place where they can be successful!

In summary, this means:

• Actively sourcing and approaching international candidates

• Conducting intake interviews in Dutch, English, and an additional foreign language

• Building and maintaining international talent pools

• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process

• Proposing and presenting candidates to clients

• Visiting clients and participating in tours and site visits

Someone who gets energy from people, results, and entrepreneurship. You are communicatively strong, enjoy working in an international environment, and know how to easily connect with both candidates and clients.

• Experience with sourcing and actively approaching candidates

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in an additional European language

• Driving license B

• Availability of at least 24 hours per week
