Infrastructure Project Leader

• You have an HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking, and preferably a completed education in civil engineering or GWW;  

• You have a number of years of experience in managing (complex) GWW projects; 

• You have experience with construction teams; 

• You are financially and organizationally strong and know how to control projects in terms of planning, budget, quality, and safety; 

• You communicate clearly, take responsibility, and know how to connect people.

This is what we offer you  

• The salary for this position is between €5,639.81 and €8,140.20 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.   

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

This will be your job
As an infrastructure project leader, you will lead various civil engineering (GWW) projects in Noord-Brabant, Limburg, and Gelderland. Currently, we are performing, among other things, major maintenance on a provincial road on behalf of the province of Noord-Brabant. Additionally, through a framework agreement with Waterschap Limburg, we will be working on various projects over the next five years, such as cleaning up waterworks and redesigns.

You are ultimately responsible for one or more projects and are involved in all phases of the project. Not only during execution, but also during the tender and preparation phases, you contribute ideas regarding opportunities, risks, and solutions. Throughout the project, you supervise planning, budget, quality, sustainability, and safety.

You are the driving force behind the project team. You manage the technical content, but also have an eye for the people you work with. You stimulate connection, collaboration, and a pleasant working atmosphere. This applies not only within the team but also in the collaboration with the client. Increasingly, we work in construction teams. You enjoy realizing projects in this collaborative form and thinking along about how we can further develop them. Additionally, you also work with contract forms such as RAW and UAV-GC.
